Olde Village Realty provides both Buyer and Seller representation under one roof! (In fact, we were the first to do so in the area). Our Buyer and Seller services are unique in that we can customize the various rates and options to meet each clients needs. We have the flexibility and ability to alter, eliminate, or add services on an "ala carte" menu, and adjust our charges accordingly, unlike the franchised and more traditional area Real Estate Firms. Our competition is good, we are better!

I have extensive sales experience over 30 years, working in the construction industry for 10 years, providing concrete and precast items, giving me a significant advantage in dealing with new construction and identifying poor and/or superior quality workmanship. I then merged into the environmental field, inspecting and permitting for the Department of Environmental Protection. Since 1994, I've been a Realtor, Sales Manager, and for the last 7 years, the Broker of OLDE VILLAGE REALTY.

Graduate of North Brookfield High School, Extensive education in Sales Management, Environmental and Chemical Engineering, from Becker Junior College in Leicester, Massachusetts, and Elgin Community College in Elgin Illinois. Most recently my concentration has been in the Real Estate related fields of Property Management, Zoning Regulations, and Real Estate Investment.

I am a father of 4 children, ages 18 to 29, (I'll have to stop calling them children soon), A resident of the nearby town of West Brookfield, where I am active in the community as a member of the School Building Committee, and have served recently on the Capital Planning Committee.
